Great product, better customer service

I bought this as an upgrade for my day pack. Awesome reservoir, easy to fill, and very good construction. After my first use, I found out there was a pinhole in the bottom corner of the bladder. I got ahold of Mazama, and they shipped me a new one on the same day, no questions asked. Will definitely be a return customer due to the customer service, quality of the products, and the price point.
