INTAKE™ 2 L LT Hydration Reservoir

I used this product on a 5 day carcamping/hiking trip. I had another brand of reservoir, but a friend loves her Mazama, so I decide to try it. It is very easy to fill and drink from. There is no smell or taste to the product.

It took me a bit to figure out how to open and close the top in order to fill. Once I figured it out, it was pretty easy.

The off/on switch for the bite valve is very difficult to move. It didn't get easier with use, so I finally just left it on all the time. The bite valve has a cover, which makes it unlikely that there will be leakage from the bite valve, so leaving the switch in the on position doesn't seem to be a concern.

I really like the bite valve cover. My old system didn't have that and the bite valve often fell into the dirt, yuk. This seems like a really good system.

I didn't use the feature that allows one to stream water from the reservoir. I experimented with it. Seems easy to use, I just didn't have a need for it during that 5 day trip.

I highly recommend this product.

I already have another reservoir from the brand. They work well.

I like it so far and it was nice getting it after getting the Cotopaxi that takes one.

I've not used it yet but my first impressions are that it's a durable product. I'm expecting it to hold up on the trails.

Husband is going to give this a try. He normally just carries water bottles

Holds plenty of water for my long bike rides, can't wait to winter test it

Could not come at a better time. Easy to fill and clean.

Seems to be a high quality bladder. Planning on using it a lot this summer.

I like the 2 L option for smaller hikes. Good quality.

Hiked in the Rockies with this in my pack and it worked great.I had all the water I needed and no leaking.
